Prepare the system you want to install.

Open it with winrar and get the following picture:

Then open D:\PGOS (double-click the system installation, it may also be the ghost installer). This is the directory I used as an example. Of course, you can choose the one you like. It just cannot have Chinese characters, nor can it be the C drive or the partition that is about to be installed.

Software interface function introduction:

1: Restore system: refers to restoring the specified .gho file to the hard disk partition.

2: Backup system: Back up the partition where the system is located to any partition on the hard disk, but not the partition where the system is located.

3: Ghost image file path: the location of the .gho file mentioned above.

4: Restore partition: refers to the partition to which the .gho files are to be restored. The default is C drive, and generally does not need to be modified under non-dual systems.

Make sure you have backed up important data in the system partition before clicking OK, or you do not need to back it up. Then the computer will automatically restart to restore and install ghost. If you do not successfully enter ghost recovery, please enter the BIOS interface mode to replace the hard disk.

PS: Some known beginner issues.

Question: If you reinstall the system to the C drive, will the data in other partitions be lost?

Answer: No, only the data on the C drive will be overwritten.

Question: Do some ghost installers have "Rewrite MBR" that needs to be checked?

Answer: It is recommended not to select it to prevent missing operating system.

Question: Someone from Computer City told me that frequent reinstallation of the system will cause damage to the computer. Is it true?

Answer: There is no such thing. If so, there is no need to open QQ. QQ is writing files to the hard disk all the time.

Q: Are there any harm in reinstalling the system?

Answer: No, just make sure to back up the C drive data when reinstalling.

Question: Missing operating system appears after reinstalling the system.

Answer: Find a CD or U disk that can boot into DOS and run the command "fdisk /mbr", and then use partitioning software to see if the C drive is activated (set to active status).

Q: After clicking restore, there is only a black screen and some English.

Answer: Enter the BIOS and change the hard disk mode to IDE, or change the ghost installer. Some ghost installers can choose to start the module, or enter PE installation

Question: What should I do if "Invalid switch:" appears on the GHOST recovery interface?

Answer: Please change the name of the directory where xxx.gho is located to "English", such as "PGOS". Or just move it directly to the partition. Such as F:\. Also uncheck/check the "Disable IDE" checkbox of the ghost installer.

Question: The current user is a restricted user, please log in with an administrator account and run this program.

Answer: "Right click" - "Run as administrator"

Question: "cannot open image file" appears during the installation system?

Answer: The image file is damaged, please verify the MD5. Best advice: Restart and check Use original address in Thunder.

Q: Decompression error, abort?

Answer: First: Burning disc: The quality of the disc is too poor, the burning speed is too fast, and the optical drive is aging.
Second: Please use Thunder, verify MD5 after completion, search MD5 software on Baidu yourself, and then check the system release page.
Third: In some third-party software, the resource directly determines the file name, resulting in resource errors. Please use Thunder again.
